One of the more surprising elements of Rotherham Council’s Local Plan, this development would see a huge amount of local green belt beside the new A57 roundabout converted to an industrial site almost as big as Todwick itself.

Trojan horse development. Originally they proposed houses from Anston all along the A57. We need to defeat this proposal.

This development needs to be challenged, it is a Trojan horse in will result in houses being built from Dinnington and Anston towards it. The original plan was to build houses from Anston all the way down the A57 to Todwick. We need this green belt for food and recreation.
